South Molle Island Resort features many guest facilities, including a large swimming pool and waterfall spa, guest laundry, games room with internet facilities, 2 tennis courts, onsite restaurant and coffee shop.

The Island Restaurant is open daily and offers delicious buffet meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The resort features organised activities and nightly entertainment. Every Friday night is the Flames of Polynesia show, a tribute to the cultures of the South Pacific, including Hula Dancers, Fire Dancers and hula competitions.

Whether its for a business conference or party, South Molle Island Resort has facilities to cater for groups of between 20 to 300 people. With 2 large conference rooms, modern equipment, personalised service and a relaxed island atmosphere, your next function is sure to be a success.

Set with a backdrop of the National Park at the rear of the resort, South Molle Island’s 9 hole Golf Course offers a challenging course for the beginner or expert. Clubs are provided free of charge with a minimal fee for golf balls.

South Molle Island’s National Park offers a good selection of walking tracks offering breathtaking views of the Whitsunday Islands. The range of peaks and bays of South Molle Island are quite accessible with approximately 16km of walking trails through the National Park.

Go along and feed the fish at 10.00am each day, and see the many species of fish that swim in the local waters. Take the opportunity to get up close to a Rainbow Lorikeet, you can feed these delightful birds every day at 3.00pm at the Golf Bar.

South Molle Island has some lovely snorkelling spots with fringing reef, which give a glimpse of the marine life in the region. Snorkelling equipment is available from the Watersports shop for a minimal fee.

Fishing gear is available for hire (or you can bring your own) and bait can be purchased from the Watersports department. You can also hire fishing dinghies if you would like to get to more inaccessible areas. Other watersport activities available at the resort include Glass Bottom Boat rides, Doughnut rides, Water Skiing, Knee Boarding, Wake Boarding, Jet skis, Catamaran and Paddle Board hire (for some watersports conditions / extra costs apply).

South Molle Island Resort offers a free kids club, during the school holidays, with scheduled daily activity programs that children of all ages can participate in. Childminding is also available by prior arrangement with the resort at an additional charge.
